About the event
The F-Word is crafted to connect you to your story and explore what forgiveness means (and doesn’t mean) in a safe, supported and authentic way.
Through circle dialogue, work in partners, personal reflection, story telling, listening, role-play, art and guided meditation, you will dive into concepts and misconceptions of forgiveness, practice asking for and offering apologies, understand how forgiveness can help end or rebuild a relationship, transform a victim mindset, and learn how to forgive yourself.
As your process and learning are witnessed, respected and kept confidential, so you witness, respect and offer confidentiality to others in the group.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, hopeful, and with new insight, tools, techniques and resources to continue your journey.
Shannon Moroney values diversity and maintains an anti-oppresive policy. All are welcome.
